These terms and conditions apply to the inudge app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service.

- Internet Connection: The Application requires an active internet connection. You are responsible for any mobile data charges incurred, including roaming charges.
- Compliance with Rules: If the app includes features for user-generated content (e.g., chats or posts), you agree to comply with our rules. We reserve the right to moderate content, block users, and implement reporting features.
4. App Store Requirements
- Privacy: A Privacy Policy URL is mandatory, and a Terms of Service is considered good practice.
- Age Rating: The app is rated for users aged 17 and older, as it is a social application that facilitates offline meetings.
