This privacy policy applies to the inudge app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

• User-Provided Information: For a better experience, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your email, User ID, name, age, gender, and social media handle.
• Automatically Collected Information: This includes technical data about your device and how you use the Application. It may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, the pages of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the operating system of your device.

2. Location and Bluetooth Data The Application uses Bluetooth and your device's location services to determine your approximate geographical location. This is essential for providing our core services.

• Purpose: This data is used for our geolocation services, such as showing you people nearby and facilitating the matching process.
• User Matching: The Application uses Bluetooth to collect anonymized device data to detect and connect with other users in your vicinity for matching purposes.

3. How We Use and Share Your Information We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Application. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our service.

• Third-Party Services: We use third-party services for analytics and user matching. The Application uses the ChatGPT API by OpenAI solely to enhance our user matching algorithm. Your profile data (interests)  may be sent to the API in a pseudo-anonymized format to help determine compatibility. As per OpenAI's policies, data submitted via their API is not used to train their models.
• Legal and Safety Disclosures: We may disclose your information as required by law, to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4. Data Retention and Deletion We retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

• Account Deletion: The Application provides a clear and easy-to-find option to delete your account. This is a complete deletion, not a deactivation.
• Requesting Deletion: You can also contact us at inudgeapp@gmail.com to request the deletion of your data. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time.

5. Children's Privacy The Application is not intended for children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under this age.

6. Security We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the data we process and maintain.
